One-Day Court
The One-Day Court is a unique initiative by Ras Al Khaimah Courts, established to swiftly resolve certain civil and commercial disputes within a single day.
This court allows lawsuits to be registered, heard electronically or in person and adjudged by a judge on the very same day. Immediate enforcement procedures can also be initiated, ensuring prompt action.
