This service allows the customer to settle disputes before going to Court in circumstances of family, labour, rental, and financial disputes, if the dispute is one that is anticipated to be settled. This service is required to file a personal status lawsuit if the subject of the dispute falls under the family reform jurisdiction.

This service allows obtaining a certificate stating parties of lawsuit, subject matter of lawsuit and hearing date in the file in which he submitted the application. In Dispute Settlement Section, this service allows also both parties to obtain a certificate based on details contained in the file.
