Established in 2019, the Commercial Court in Ras Al Khaimah specialises exclusively in business and commercial disputes. Staffed by judges experienced in commercial law, this court ensures lawsuits are resolved efficiently and expertly.
It includes dedicated first-instance and appeal circuits, as well as a commercial chamber at the Cassation level. The Commercial Court also has a dedicated lawsuit management office to streamline procedures and improve efficiency.
